  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to know and describe the factor causing UNICEF of child commercial sex workers in India. The method used which in this study is descriptive study with type of data has served through by review of the literature secondary such as books, internet and others. Then technical data collection which use library research and technical data analysis use which is technical qualitative analysis.The result of this study indicate that the factor which occurred the effect of child commercial sex worker in india caused by the experienced poverty by some India community, education is still lacking adequate specially for daughter and be affected by social culture which justifies practice prostitution as tradition. Than in the run of UNICEF programs which cooperate with India government be found obstacle which can not such as lack fund which allocated by India government for protection and child wellfate and fund for education which still lacking, lack of trained personnel for help UNICEF, lack of awareness for child rights although India have ratified United Nation Convention about Child Rights and Law Enforcement.
