This reseacrh consists of two variables, the dependent variable specifically the job satisfaction and independent variables, the organizational culture
    The Sampling technique on this research is using Random Sampling. There are 80 samples collected for this research the employee Tabara garden unit at PT. Plantation archipelago XIII.. The Data analysis technique were used is the method of analysis Kendall’s tau nonparametric test.
    The results showed indicate there is a positive and highly significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the value Correlation Coefficient = 0.646, p = 0.000, meaning that the higher culture of the orgnization, the higher job statisfaction of organization culture coversely the lower the lower the job satisfaction.
