Thus, the successful of empowering IWAPI isn’t effectively and optimally yet, it also affects to women entrepreneurs is not ready for ASEAN Community 2015. For this empowerment support of the government is important and about the policy form have difficult to run for this business actors, because of there are obstacles in empowerment, such as lack of recognition of women entrepreneurs and the gap of availability data about their existence. So that to minimize, we need to strengthen of SMEs, strengthening the featured product, increasing of ICT aplication and providing training of negotiation skill for women entrepreneurs.
