  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : One Village One Product (OVOP) is one of Indonesian Government program since 2007. On 2013 Indonesia and South Korea do cooperation to support that program. There are nine companies of South Korea will involved on 500 OVOP project/products in Indonesia until 2020. To realize that cooperation, on 2015 the two countries commit to develop Palm Sugar product with OVOP Program. The purpose of this research is to describe Indonesia and South Korea’s cooperation to develop Palm Sugar products through OVOP program in 2013. The results showed that Indonesia and South Korea agreed to develop Palm Sugar product began on September 2015 and realized by PT.Cheil Jedang with Koperasi Serba Usaha Jatirogo and they also agree that Cheil Jedang will buy and promote Palm Sugar products from KSU Jatirogo. The result sale of Palm Sugar by KSU Jatirogo to PT.Cheil Jedang on December 2015 to January 2016 period has reached 150 million Rupiah. But, there are obstacles such as shortage materials of palm sugar, difficult to find organic certified and high taxes.
