Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine and analyze correlation between the teamwork and organizational culture with organizational loyalty in pusat studi islam mahasiswa (PUSDIMA) university of mullawarman. The method used is quantitative. Subject in this study involved a 154 peoples. Methods of data collection using three scales, teamwork scale, organizational culture scale, and organizational loyalty scale. Sampling studies used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with regression models and models gradually filled with the help of program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows. The results of the first analysis showed there correlation of teamwork with the organizational loyalty, values obtained was T value = 3.660 > T table = 1.975 and P = 0.000 T table = 1.975 and P = 0.000 F table = 1.554, R2 = 0.344, and P = 0.000 < 0.050.
