Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to see whether there is influence between Parental Support and Motivation towards Interests Continuing Studies for Higher Education in High School Students. Samples were students of class XII in SMA Negeri 1 Long Bagun as many as 60 students. The research data was collected by the scale of the support of parents, learning motivation scale, and the scale of interest to continue their studies to university with Likert scale model, the data collected was analyzed with regression test.The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship of parental support and motivation to learn at Long Bagun 1 State High School with a value of R = 0.754, F hitung = 37.455 (F hitung > F tabel = 3.16), R2 = 0.568, and p = 0.000 (p t tabel = 2002), and p = 0.001 (p> 0.05).
