One of them is a company that sells used vehicles, namely CV. Vanesa Jaya Samarinda, a company engaged in the automotive sector, is certainly very concerned about the system and marketing concept and effective sales promotion’s to win the competition and win the automotive consumer market share, especially in the city of Samarinda. Thisstudyaimstoanalyzethe effectivenessofthe marketing mix applied by CV. Vanesa Jaya Samarinda. In this research, the marketing mix has several indicators, namely Product (X1),Price(X2),Place(X3),Promotion(X4)and Effectiveness (Y). Data sources were obtained by conducting interviews with 5 informants and using data analysis in the opinion of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the marketing mix which consists of products, prices, and places indicated that the application made by CV. Vanesa Jaya Samarinda has been effective, it is just that the promotion implemented by CV. Vanesa Jaya Samarinda is still ineffective because it is not much different from other showroom promotion strategies, resulting in a decrease in sales.
