  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the effect between product quality and art with the buying interest of Samarinda Weaving Sarong consumers in Samarinda. The research method used is quantitative. Subjects in this study were 100 people. Data collection method uses three scales, namely buying interest scale, product quality scale, and art scale with Likert scale model. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed by a stepwise model and full model regression test with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 23.0 for Windows program. From the data analysis, the results for this research model show that there is an influence between product quality on buying interest, the value obtained is t arithmetic = 4.210> t table = 1.948 and p = 0.000 t table = 1.948 and p = 0.000 F table = 3.09, R2 = 0.513, and p = 0.000
