  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This research is intended to discover the Influence Job Burnout and Leader Member Exchange with job Productivity employee in PT.PC, using the quantitative approach. The research populations are the Production Operator and the total amount is around 1000 Employee. The samples used in this research are 100 Employee chosen using simple random sampling method. The method of data collecting is using Productivity scale, Job Burnout, Leader member exchange with Likert scale model, and thus the collected data is analyzed using test for Sampling studies used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with regression models and models gradually filled with the help of program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0 program for Windows The results showed: (1) there was a very significant influence between job burnout and leader member exchange on work productivity with F count> F table (10.832> 3.09), adjusted R square = 0.383, and p = 0.000 t table = 1.984 and p = 0.045
