Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to understand the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on service quality towards the nurse in RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. This study used quantitative approach. 80 nurses selected by simple random sampling technique as the subject in this study. The method used to collect the data is service quality scale, emotional intelligence and organizational climate. Regression analysis test as a technique used to analize the data in this study. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a positive and siginificant effect of emotional intelligence on nurse service quality with a beta coefficient (β) = 0.251, and the value of t count > t table (2.448 > 1.990), and the value of p = 0.004 (p t table (2.239 > 1.990) and the value of p = 0.000 (p F table (5.836 > 3.11), and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The variable contribution (R2) emotional intelligence and organizational climate on nurses service quality is 22,1%.
