This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was adolescents aged 18-21 years who experienced high intensity playing games for 5-6 hours and participated in the PUBG Mobile community in Samarinda City. The technique of determining the sample in this research uses purposive sampling. Data collection methods used are online game addiction scales and social competence. The collected data were analyzed by Kendall’s Tau-B test.
