Description [Abstrak] : The aim of this research was to determine the impact of self regulation and learning environment on learning achievement in 2015 PGSD majors at Samarinda Universitas Terbuka. This research used quantitative research methods.The subjects of this study were students of the PGSD Samarinda Universitas Terbuka with a total sample of 60 people who were selected using a purvosive sample technique. The colleceted data was analyzed with the help of the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 20.0 for Windows The results showed that: There was no significant effect of self regulation and achievement learning in 2015 PGSD majors at Samarinda Universitas Terbuka with a result of R 0.080 and a significant value of 0.449 (p>0.05) and also no significant effect between the learning environment and learning achievement with R results 0.064 and a significant value of 0.540 (p>0.050)
