Sabina Tirta Utama Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative research method with the type of correlation. The method of data collection in this study uses the scale of organizational commitment and the Likert type work ethic. The sampling technique in this study was using non-probability sampling, especially saturated samples involving 105 employees of PT. Sabina Tirta Utama Samarinda. The collected data was analyzed using the product moment correlation test with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 22.0 for Windows. The results showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between work ethic and organizational commitment with r count> r table = 0.335> 0.191 and p = 0.000
